In the heart of the FMG production line, it monitors and supervises the process parameters (weight evolution, overheated stream pressure, temperature and residence time,..., and ensures the coordination of the operation for all the units of the plaster plant, as well as their control in real time.

The integration and the management of the plaster receipes for the production of virtually any plaster type is simple, and their selection is quickly done. Thanks to the M2G-WINGYPS™ software, going to one selection to another takes only a few seconds, and the product at the FMG kiln discharge is made with a guarantee of constant quality and repeatability in the time.

M2G also brings to its customers its know how in the plaster receipes formulation and the mixtures composition.

The connextion by Modem / ADSL allows M2G-Grelbex Gypsum™ to make remote diagnosis or trouble shooting, and implement adapted solutions.
